Individual Sessions:
Individual coaching is offered for those who are ready to go after their goals and feel most comfortable in a 1:1 setting (on zoom). These sessions are for those who are ready to identify their goals and put in the work to go after them. Individual sessions use a multi-faceted approach to help clients identify barriers getting in the way of their success, as well as provide a scaffolded approach to help them work towards those goals. With the foundational focus of resiliency in all coaching, Corinne will help each client to work towards the goals that have otherwise felt inobtainable. All individual sessions are via zoom, and range in duration and frequency depending on individual client needs and goals.
